-The spending calculation is not included penalty fee, other fee, cancelled transaction and refund transaction.
Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the discount code and cash back receiving date. The discount code and cash back will not be granted if (1) overpayment is made into cardholder’s credit card account; (2) cardholder uses credit card or loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of cardholder, cardholder’s family, relatives or close acquaintances; (3) cardholder uses credit card or loan in the manner of not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. The Company reserves the right to cancel the discount code and cash back if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.
The Company reserves the right for the active cardholder who has good payment history without being default for payment on all of any credit card and/or member card with the Company from the commencing date of campaign period until the discount code and cash back calculation period.
The Company reserves the rights not to grant the gift for the customer as follows:
• Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” (the measure for customer who affected by Coronavirus) in term of Payment Skipping and in term of Debt Restructuring with special interest rate 14%
• Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” after participating in this campaign.
The Company will send cash back and discount code within 150 days from the campaign expires. If the cash back and discount code has not been received, please inform the Company within 30 days after such period end,. In case the cardholder denies receiving the cash back and discount code or cannot be contacted or does not contact the Company within specific time, it will be deemed that the cardholder waive his/her right to receive the cash back and discount code.
The Company is not responsible for any loss of data or technical problems.Cardholders should keep proof of participation in the program and sales slip for Verification if necessary.
Cash back and discount code cannot be changed to cash or transferred to any kind of product and to other person.
