    12. Participation in this campaign is reserved for active primary cardholder with payment history in good standing under the Company's criteria throughout the campaign and up until the premium receiving date.     14. The Company will send premium and discount code into primary card account within 150 days from the campaign expiration date. If the premium and discount code has not been received, please inform the Company within 30 days after such period end. In case the cardholder denies receiving the premium and discount code or cannot be contacted or does not contact the Company within specific time, it will be deemed that the cardholder waive his/her right to receive the premium and discount code.
    15. The Company reserves the right for the active cardholder who has good payment history without being default for payment on all of any credit card and/or member card with the Company from the commencing date of campaign period until the premium calculation period.
    16. The company reserves the right to prevail of reference from the company's data. Card members have to keep sale slip when the company requests the evidence.
