AEON THAI MOBILE Application is official application deployed by AEON THANASINSAP (THAILAND) PCL. Customer who have AEON Credit Card /Member Card that issued in Thailand , customer can be accessed to a monthly billing / available limit information by register the application for the first time and the next time, you can log in with a 6-digits PIN code to access it.
AEON THAI MOBILE is free of charge to download and use all functions (Expect Internet fee charged by carriers)

Contact an AEON branch to perform an Uplift and set a 6-digit PIN code on the tablet at the branch, then use the 6-digit PIN to log in and use the AEON THAI MOBILE Application.

1. Full amount (Pay in full for all amounts spent on your card in the past month's billing cycle. Including the outstanding balance of the previous month)
2. Minimum (Pay the minimum amount according to the payment statement of according to all spending)
3. Specify payment amount (Available to specify the payment amount as desired)
4. Pay off account (It is a payment for all account closing balances. Once the payment has been completed, there will be no outstanding balance)

2. Select payment Full amount , minimum payment , specify payment amount , or pay off account
3. Select Bank Ex.Reminder to pay PromtPay account (every bank) , KASIKORN Bank or Bangkok Bank
4. There will be a notification message to the bank application , open AEON THAI MOBILE Application and click confirm payment
Then the payment amount will be updated online immediately

Customers can lock their cards by themselves via the AEON THAI MOBILE Application.
If you want to temporarily lock a card to control spending, you can temporarily lock a card and unlock it when you want to use it.
1. Log in AEON THAI MOBILE Application or Download Click

3. Select Lock card
4. Select card you want to lock
5. Select the reason for card lock (temporary/permanently)
6. Confirm 6 digit pin
7. Lock Card Successful
Note :
1. After locking the card, your card will not be usable.
2. The automatic monthly payment linked to your credit card will be canceled ( if any ).
3. In case a lost card, stolen card,an Automatic Teller Machine ( ATM ) Confiscating the card, the Customers did not receive the card or lost mobile phone/Change new mobile phone, you will be nuable to unlock card.
4. In case temporary locked card, you can unlock the card.
Customers can unlock their cards by themselves via the AEON THAI MOBILE Application. Only cards that are temporarily locked can be unlocked.

3. Select Menu "Unlock Card" (The information will show the cards that can be unlocked only in the case of temporary card lock)
4. Press accepted the terms and conditions.
5. Press Confirm
6. Confirm 6 digit pin
7. Unlock Card Successful
Note :
1. After unlocking the card successful, your card will be return to normal use.
2. The automatic monthly payment linked to your credit card will be return to normal use ( if any ).
3. The Cardholder is responsible for all expenses after activating the card.
4. Unlocking the card via the App must be done via the App after logging in.
Customers can request a new card by themselves via the AEON THAI MOBILE Application.

3. Select Menu "Reissue Card"
4. The system will only show information that can be used to issue a new card (both primary and supplementary cards can be issued a new card).
5. The system will allow the customer to check whether the new card issuance information is correct or not. Press Confirm.
6. Confirm the new card issuance is complete. Wait for the new card to be issued for 1 week (plastic card).
7. Digital card will receive SMS notification to advise on new card activation via AEON THAI MOBILE Application.
Note :
Requesting are issue card may be subject to reissue fee. This depends on the terms and conditions of the company.
You can make temporary hold card in case of lost card, stolen card, captured card or any other case.
Go to other menu click "Hold Card" Please choose type card which you need temporary hold.

1. After customer make temporary hold card in this menu,

Cardless service provides withdraw money without card, for Aeon customer who use credit card and Digital Your Cash via AEON THAI MOBILE Application ,this menu is convenience to customers and protection with Scan QR Code for cashing without card or pin number on transection withdraw money and Can do installment transaction without card via AEON happy pay, AEON happy plan and Prompay transfer money.

2. Select Cardless Cashing / Cardless
3. Select card type and enter amount
4. Select PIN 6 digit
5. Choose QR Code for withdraw money on ATM via AEON application
6. Choose menu Cardless cash and select AEON on ATM

8. Confirm and success transaction

3. Withdraw money at Bangkok Bank ATM, minimum amount 3,000 baht, Maximum amount 25,000 / transaction can be made 24 hours every day
4. Withdraw money at Siam Commercial Bank ATM, minimum amount 3,000 baht, Maximum amount 30,000 / transaction can be made 24 hours every day

How to apply E-Statement via AEON THAI MOBILE Application
1. Login to AEON THAI MOBILE Application Select My Bill and Click "E-Statement"
2. Or Select Other menu and click E-Statement menu
3. Click Apply Paperless
4. Confirm your email or update E-Mail
5. Click Accept for Term and Condition
6. Apply E-Statement success
You will receive an email with an attached electronic payment notice every month.
*You can view statements up to 6 months
The member can request new ATM PIN or change to ATM PIN 6 digits through AEON THAI MOBILE Application. Go to menu "My card" Select card type and select menu "Set ATM PIN" then setting and confirm 6 digit ATM pin. Input OTP to confirm. And receive notification to confirm transaction.
