    2. Participation in the Campaign is reserved exclusively for primary cardholders, limited to 1 right per ID card number. In case of multiple credit cards, the recently registered credit card that has successfully received a confirmation message from the Company will be considered. For supplementary cards, the qualifying spending that meets the conditions will be combined with the primary card’s spending.
    3. If the cardholder’s cumulative spending in Billing Cycle 1, 2, or 3 exceeds twice the approved credit limit granted by the Company, the cardholder will not be eligible to receive bonus points.
    4. Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing for all loan with the Company under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the date the Company considers the eligibility for receiving the Bonus points.
    5. Cardholders enrolled in the COVID-19 relief plan are not eligible for this promotion.
    6. The company will give the bonus points into primary card account within 120 days from end date of the campaign, if the cardholder does not receive the bonus points or receives it incorrectly, the cardholder must notify the Company within 30 days after this period. Otherwise, Company will be deemed that cardholder has correctly received bonus points.
    7. The right to receive a bonus point is exclusive for the cardholder and cannot be transferred, changed, or exchanged for cash, or substituted with other items.
    8. The Company reserves the right to withhold or reclaim reward bonus points if the cardholder is deemed ineligible, does not use the credit card for personal consumption, uses their rights dishonestly, fraudulently, or deceitfully to obtain bonus points or benefits, failed to comply fully with the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign, or uses the credit card for illegal or immoral purposes, or for the business purposes of the cardholder, family, relatives, close associates, or any businesses in which the cardholder and such persons have a direct or indirect interest.
    9. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel any terms and conditions including privileges by giving notice via www.aeon.co.th or other channels designated by the Company. In case of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
    10. Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and other language versions, if there are any discrepancies and inconsistencies, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
